Should you wish to return the Oribe products purchased from us, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of the products. Simply submit a Returns inquiry via our contact form. Unfortunately, personalized items, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, are excluded.
Please note that we will refund the purchase price including the shipping costs incurred (if these have been incurred). Oribe is not responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods.
